A dental treatment is an important decision so we want to make sure you understand exactly what is being done, including all the benefits and risks so that you can make an informed decision.  Prior to proceeding with any treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you and all your questions will be answered.   
 
You will be asked to pay the fee at the time of service.  For your convenience we will submit the bill to your dental benefit provider.  We will also help you with any request your benefit provider might have – if they need documents such as treatment explanatory notes, X-rays, and exam results, we will send them on your behalf at no extra charge.
